Fiesta Challenge: Guacamole and Sangria Making: Mexican Crafts: Great Team Building Exercise!

I've put together a short video from some recent sessions of our fun-filled Fiesta Challenge event.

This is a combination of a culinary team building game (teams can make creative guacamole and sangria recipes!), wild and crazy party games (Rollaround Sombrero, anyone?), Mexican Crafts (see the team making custom Mexican wrestling masks here) and even a philanthropic twist (teams make pinatas to donate to childrens' organizations)

I really do love this event because it combines everything into a party-like program. We have a version that also includes an auction (where teams 'bid' for guacamole ingredients!) and of course, a tasting buffet!
