HOW ADVENTURE MAPS WORKS....
Teams warmup with a variety of communication exercises, then create a visual journey that explores their company's mission. Working with 2D and 3D supplies, teams design and construct a map that tells a story, then teams connect their maps to share with the group. This program is an great way to encourage infosharing and build team identity. Teams can narrate the organization's mission or (depending upon client wishes) brainstorm more specific missions that they envision.
ENCOMPASSING PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE....
Adventure Maps is a perfect way for teams to tell a story. The Journey (represented by the maps) can begin in the Early Days, through to the Present, and carry into the imagined Future. This is a great way to depict and discuss innovative solutions and the company's forward direction.
HIGHLIGHTING ROLES AND PERSONALITIES....
The activity allows team members to assume fun roles and contribute to the group effort by demonstrating skills. Ever member has a voice in the creation of the journey.
TEAMS TAKING A JOURNEY....
Adventure Maps includes a variety of ending options, including team presentations, displays, and debriefs.
